Start with the exposure profile.
A useful quotation starts with the task, orientation and construction details—not a generic heat-resistance request.
Orientation & distance
State vertical, inclined or horizontal use, working distance, duration and whether hot particles can accumulate.
Material system
Select the base textile, treatment or coating after the exposure profile is understood—not from color alone.
Finished geometry
Provide finished length × width or a drawing for curtains, blankets and shaped equipment covers.
Edge & fixing
Specify hem or binding, eyelet positions, straps, seams and any reinforced areas.
Test & supply brief
Confirm the required method, report scope, sample quantity, repeat volume and export packing.

These are construction routes for assessment, not automatic performance grades. Final suitability depends on the complete finished blanket and actual hot-work exposure.
Bare fiberglass
Starting point for economical spark and heat-screening programmes.
Acrylic treated
Improved handling and edge control where the specified treatment is appropriate.
PU coated
Light coated construction for selected welding-protection programmes.
Silicone coated
Flexible coated surface with coating side and finished weight agreed.
Vermiculite coated
Material direction for more demanding spark, spatter and radiant-heat assessment.
High silica
High-silica textile route for demanding thermal exposure assessment.
High silica + vermiculite
Combined material route for special hot-work requirements.

The current product system spans approximately 430–2,000 g/m² and 0.4–2.0 mm across different material constructions. Confirm the exact base textile, coating or treatment, finished size and tolerance for the selected model.
